This includes parking lot layout, walkway and plaza development, conceptual site lighting, site furnishings, on-site traffic and pedestrian signage plus other exterior amenities.

Sustainable “Green” Design The use of sustainable design practices to achieve a more environmentally responsive design. This includes the use of recycled products, collection of rainwater for irrigation purposes, pervious pavers, green roof design, edible gardens and the utilization of on-site compost.

Irrigation Design Design of automatic, underground irrigation systems for commercial projects including large athletic field development at school sites.
Tree Retention Preparation of plans for City or County submittal indicating significant trees to be retained or removed on a particular site and remediation of site with tree replacement and augmentation.

Grading and Drainage A detailed plan showing the mass site grading and stormwater drainage of project sites, including the calculation of slope percentages, hardscape spot elevations, ADA accessible route design and the selection of surface inlets, decorative grates, area drains, trench drains, catch basins, dry wells and other stormwater surface features leading to the underground stormwater conveyance designed by the project civil engineer.

Wetland Enhancement Augmentation of wetland buffer zones by designing new native planting beds as required to meet site specific requirements.
